- Process Lead - Procurement (Portuguese)
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Lead - Procurement (Portuguese) to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement processes, developing strategic sourcing plans, and optimizing costs. Proficiency in Portuguese language is a must.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement-related issues.
- Analyze and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance procurement skills and knowledge within the team.
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including cost savings and supplier performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Fluency in Portuguese language with B2 level certification is mandatory.
- Expertise in SAP S4HANA Procurement and ability to implement and manage procurement processes using this system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
