Process Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client service requests, maintaining operational records, conducting research, and ensuring smooth backend process execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and understand support manuals and process documentation to assist clients effectively.
- Handle client service requests and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
- Research, collect, and document business-related information accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues through proper research, escalation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain high standards of client communication and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational data using MS Office tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow and issue resolution.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in all operational activities.
- Maintain organized documentation and process records.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
