Process Executive – Media Operations (AdOps)

Role Summary
The Process Executive will be responsible for executing and managing digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate ad delivery, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining performance standards across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Ad Trafficking
- Set up, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms
- Ensure correct ad placements, formats, and targeting
- Handle creative uploads, ad tags, and scheduling

2. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Verify campaign setup before launch
- Check ad creatives, links, and tracking
- Ensure campaigns run without errors
3. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor live campaigns for delivery issues
- Make changes (targeting, creatives)
- Optimize performance to meet KPIs
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate campaign performance reports
- Track metrics like impressions, plays, delivery
- Support billing and reconciliation processes
Includes delivery reports, revenue tracking, and performance insights
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with internal teams, clients, and agencies
- Handle campaign changes and escalations
- Ensure timely communication and updates
6. Process & Workflow Management
- Follow SOPs and SLAs for campaign delivery
- Maintain documentation and process accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Ad Operations
- Knowledge of:
- Ad servers (Google Ad Manager preferred)
- Campaign trafficking
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of programmatic ads (bonus)
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle deadlines and multitask
- Problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
- Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BSc, MBA preferred)
- 0–2 years’ experience (freshers can apply for L1 roles)
