🚀 We’re Hiring | Process Excellence & Quality Lead | CEO’s Office | Pi42
At Pi42, we’re building the future of crypto futures trading while scaling a high-growth, execution-driven organization.
As we grow, we’re looking for a Process Excellence & Quality Lead to build and own company-wide governance, SOPs, audit readiness, quality systems, and continuous improvement across functions including Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Leadership.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Build scalable process governance frameworks across the organization
• Standardize SOPs, workflows, and control mechanisms
• Drive audit readiness, quality reviews, and risk identification
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies
• Lead cross-functional governance cadences and leadership reporting
• Improve accountability, execution discipline, and business predictability
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 5–10 years in Process Excellence / Quality / Governance / Internal Audit / Business Operations
• Strong expertise in SOP design, process mapping, governance, controls, and RCA
• Experience in high-growth startups, fintech, SaaS, or operationally complex businesses preferred
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills
