Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Process Excellence Manager. In this role, you will lead business process improvement initiatives, analyze existing workflows, and identify areas for optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure the continuous enhancement of processes. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to optimize resource allocation and achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Process Excellence and Business Process Improvement
- Strong Analytical Skills and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in Operational Excellence and streamlining business processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the food delivery or logistics sector is an added advantage
