JOB RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key deliverables:
- Leadership: Lead and support high-impact business transformation programs across the organization, aligning with business objectives and delivering on MBOs/goals for assigned portfolios.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, initiative owners, and partner ecosystems to influence decision-making and ensure seamless execution.
- Project Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle of transformation projects—Discover, Design, and Deploy—prioritizing initiatives that deliver maximum business value.
- Expert Consulting & Methodology: Apply advanced process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking principles to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions.
- Insight Generation: Conduct market research, develop Points of View (PoVs) on emerging trends in the healthcare value chain, and recommend strategies to enhance consumer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion quality frameworks, risk management, and operational controls while leveraging benchmarking and best practices to sustain improvements.
