Your Role
Lead process improvement initiatives while developing into a future-ready operational leader through structured cross-functional exposure. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and project management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, SCM, Engineering, and EHS on global projects
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects across multiple plants
- Participate in structured project stage-gates:
- Idea
- Prioritization
- Solution
- Validation
- Integration
- Deliver measurable outcomes in:
- Cost
- Quality

- Delivery
- Work across different plant locations and collaborate with multi-location teams
Key Requirements
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Improvement
- Strong hands-on experience in process excellence and project management
- Experience with Lean methodologies:
- VSM
- Kaizen
- Waste Elimination
- Six Sigma and statistical tools:
- DMAIC
- DOE
- SPC
- Strong problem-solving methodologies:
- 8D
- RCA
- FMEA
- Hands-on experience in driving improvement projects
- Strong manufacturing process understanding
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
