Role Description
As a Process Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and process effectiveness. Key responsibilities include analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing process improvements, and training teams on best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Process improvement and operations management expertise, with experience in analyzing, documenting, and redesigning workflows for efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Six Sigma, Lean methodology, or other quality improvement frameworks.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively from inception to implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
- Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; certifications in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma or Lean) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
