Senior Engineer – Process Engineering & Improvements📍 Nagpur | Operations
Role Purpose:
Drive process development, optimization, and industrialization to improve productivity, quality, cost, and OEE while ensuring compliance with customer and marine standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop & optimize processes: CNC/VMC machining, assembly, testing, finishing, packing
- Define cycle times, process parameters, SOPs & control plans
- Improve Cp/Cpk, FPY, and reduce rejection & PPM
- Lead PFMEA, RCA (5 Why, 8D), and CAPA actions
- Drive NPI: feasibility, DFM/DFA, validation, PPAP support
- Deliver productivity & cost improvements (cycle time, tooling, OEE)
- Lead Kaizen, SMED, and line balancing initiatives
- Ensure process documentation & compliance
Requirements- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production)
- 6–10 yrs in machining/process engineering
- Strong in GD&T, PFMEA, SPC, Lean, RCA
- Experience in CNC/VMC, assembly, leak testing preferred
