Our people are driven by the desire to make the world a better place—to make a positive difference that contributes to a brighter future. We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Engineer with a solid foundation in chemical engineering principles and hands-on experience in oil and gas or petrochemical plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining process flow systems, ensuring all technical documentation like
P&IDs and
PFDs are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Design & Documentation: Develop, review, and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using AutoCAD to reflect current plant configurations.
- Operational Support: Troubleshooting daily plant issues, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting process modifications to improve efficiency and yield.
- Heat & Mass Balance: Perform rigorous heat and mass balance calculations for various unit operations.
- Equipment Sizing: Sizing and selection of process equipment, including pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, and control valves.
- Simulation & Modeling: Utilize process simulation software to model steady-state and dynamic plant conditions.
- Instrument Knowledge: Basic understanding of control loops, logic diagrams (Cause & Effect), and PLC/DCS interfaces.
- Safety & Compliance: Participate in safety studies such as HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) and HAZID (Hazard Identification).
- Management of Change (MOC): Handle technical documentation and approvals for any process changes to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Questions are driven by hunger, humility, and aspiration. We believe that our company culture is the key to our ability to make a true difference in every industry we reach. Our teams regularly invest time and dedicated effort into internal culture work, ensuring that all voices are heard.
