Title-Process Engineer
Location-Oman
Reporting-Production Head
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day Ammonia Plant operations.
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operating envelopes.
- Optimize energy consumption, water usage, and overall plant yield.
- Investigate process upsets, deviations, and equipment performance issues.
- Maintain process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and operating manuals.
Experience:
Min.9 to 12 yrs of experience of Operations of Ammonia Plant. Experience in the Ammonia Plant pre-commissioning & commissioning is essential.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Chemical Engineering .
