Job Summary:
The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. The role involves conducting time studies, implementing process improvements, and supporting new product development in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct time study and work study to analyze production activities and identify process improvements.
- Monitor and optimize production workflow to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce downtime.
- Support new product development (NPD) by establishing process flow and production methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Prepare process documentation including work instructions, SOPs, and process flow charts.
- Improve workstation layouts and machine settings to enhance production output.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
- Train shop floor operators on new processes and improved work methods.

Education:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 2- 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or production engineering.
Preferred Industry Exposure:
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Heavy Engineering Components
- Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
