🚀 We’re Hiring – Process Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Engineer to join our team at TruliaCare.
Position: Process Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years (Compliance / Process Improvement / IT Governance)
Location: Nagpur
Employment Type: Full-time
🔍 About the Role:
We are seeking a professional who can design, review, and improve organizational processes related to security compliance, SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to SOC audits, HIPAA compliance, and process governance frameworks, along with excellent analytical and documentation skills.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
• Support SOC 1 / SOC 2 audit activities (evidence collection, walkthroughs, remediation tracking)
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain security documentation
• Monitor adherence to security policies and organizational standards
• Conduct risk assessments and identify process gaps
• Design and optimize cross-functional workflows
• Define and track KPIs for process performance
• Work with Engineering & QA teams to ensure SDLC compliance
• Perform periodic audits of development & deployment processes
• Maintain SOPs, policies, and audit-ready documentation
• Support internal and external audits and ensure closure of findings
🧠 Core Skills:
• SOC 1 / SOC 2 compliance knowledge
• HIPAA + security frameworks (ISO 27001 / NIST preferred)
• SDLC & Agile methodology understanding
• Strong documentation & analytical skills
• Cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, QA, Security)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
