Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Engineer located in Belgaum. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and ensure product quality. The role involves monitoring process performance, implementing process controls, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective engineering solutions. The individual will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Process Design and Process Engineering
- Knowledge of Process Control methodologies and best practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Educational background in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial processes is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
