We are looking to hire experienced Process Engineers across multiple semiconductor modules to support advanced 300mm wafer fabrication facilities. This role involves sustaining, optimizing, and improving high-volume manufacturing processes in a highly automated fab environment.

- Diffusion
- Photolithography
- Dry Etch
- Thin Film (CVD / PVD / ALD)
- CMP
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to achieve high yield, quality, and throughput
- Monitor process performance using SPC, FDC, and yield analysis tools
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Work closely with equipment engineering teams to resolve tool-related process deviations
- Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Support process qualification, new technology introduction, and recipe optimization
- Ensure adherence to process control plans, SOPs, and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, yield, and manufacturing
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication (300mm preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in any of the listed modules
- Good understanding of SPC, FDC, DOE, and process control methodologies
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global fab environment
