🚀 We’re Hiring: Process Engineer (1–2 Years Experience)
Are you passionate about manufacturing excellence and process improvement? We are looking for a dynamic Process Engineer to join our team!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Support process setup, validation, and optimization
• Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions, and Process Flow
• Perform time study, line balancing, and capacity planning
• Drive yield improvement and defect reduction
• Conduct root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto)
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
📊 Skills Required:
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma basics
• Understanding of PFMEA, Control Plan
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on with MS Excel (AutoCAD is a plus)
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Production Engineering
🏭 Experience:
1–2 years in Manufacturing / EMS / Automotive industry
