Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role based in Chennai. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Daily tasks include monitoring and controlling processes, conducting analysis to identify improvement opportunities, troubleshooting process issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering techniques
- Strong understanding of Process Control methodologies
- Excellent Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and optimizing processes
- Background in Chemical Engineering or comparable technical expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a specialization in process or chemical engineering is a plus
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing or related industry is advantageous
