Role Description
This full-time on-site Process Engineer role is based in Naidupeta. The Process Engineer will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, ensure safety, and maintain quality. Responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling process parameters, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance workflows. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and troubleshoot process-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering principles
- Experience in Process Control and familiarity with implementing efficient and safe workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a CDMO or related industry is a plus
