Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naidupeta for a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will oversee designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes, maintaining process control systems, and ensuring efficient production workflows. Responsibilities include conducting process analyses, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and efficiency goals while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technology transfer activities in API or CDMO
- Proficiency in Process Control and demonstrating strong Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical analysis skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management capabilities
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Only immediate joiners preferred.
