Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Process Coordinator will manage and streamline business processes, oversee quality management protocols, and assist in project coordination. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring workflows for efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring high-quality outputs align with company standards. The role also involves managing timelines, coordinating team activities, and maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and enhance business processes
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management methodologies
- Proficiency in Project Management, with the capability to plan, organize, and execute multiple simultaneous projects
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively articulate concepts and ideas
- Attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in plywood or construction materials, is a plus
