Job Title: Process Coordinator
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Preferred
Timing: 10am - 6pm
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Process Coordinator. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency. Monitor internal processes and workflow activities regularly. Ensure all in-house systems and records are updated daily and hourly. Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks and updates. Track task completion timelines and report delays when required. Maintain accurate data entries and system records.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow execution. Identify process gaps and escalate issues to the concerned person. Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Process Improvement to evaluate and optimize workflows effectively.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Proficiency in relevant technological tools and software for process management is a plus.
Good coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle follow-ups and multitask efficiently.
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual approach to work.
Knowledge of Project Management practices and experience with coordination and execution of process improvement tasks.
