Education: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years experience in operations / coordination / admin roles
CTC - 20K-25K
A Process Coordinator is a role focused on ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and as per defined standards.
🔹 Role Overview
A Process Coordinator manages and monitors workflows, coordinates between teams, and ensures tasks are completed on time and correctly.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and process activities
- Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks
- Ensure processes follow company policies and SOPs
- Communicate between departments (sales, operations, accounts, etc.)
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Support management with data and updates
