Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Consultant-Immigration, based in our Gurugram office. The Process Consultant will assist students and clients with immigration processes, conduct assessments, and improve existing procedures for efficiency. Responsibilities include providing guidance on application requirements, reviewing necessary documentation, and offering personalized support throughout the immigration journey. The role requires close collaboration with clients to ensure a smooth and successful process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess complex information effectively
- Knowledge of Business Process concepts and strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in immigration or education consultancy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
