Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Process Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key duties include identifying process improvement opportunities, planning and implementing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role requires active communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and an ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights
- Proficiency in Business Process methodologies, workflows, and documentation
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end process transformation projects
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines
