Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Process Coach at Royal Acquisition. The Process Coach will oversee daily operations, analyze existing workflows, and identify opportunities to optimize customer acquisition processes. Qualifications

- Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members to enhance performance and productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in analyzing data, performance metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate strong time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems, process automation tools, or analytics software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
