Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Audit and Team Lead based in Kumbakonam. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end auditing processes, prepare detailed audit reports, and conduct IT audits while ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will also lead and mentor a team, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to improve processes and support organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor efficient workflows will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Audit Reports and expertise in Auditing practices
- Experience with IT Audit processes and understanding of related systems
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively
- Knowledge of Finance and financial regulations
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA or CPA are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of audit software or tools is an advantage
