- Manage and monitor sales orders and purchase orders for international clients ? Ensure timely order release, confirmation, and progression through the supply chain ? Track orders from creation to delivery and proactively resolve issues ? Investigate and resolve order-related exceptions such as shortages, delays, and allocation issues ? Coordinate with Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams ? Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems and support master data quality ? Contribute to order tracking reports, KPIs, and process improvements ? What We?re Looking For: ? Experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations ? Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes ? Hands-on experience with ERP systems ? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ? Strong communication and coordination skills across teams ? Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
