Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Process Associate - Social Media Handling. The individual will be responsible for regularly monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback across social media platforms. Key activities include creating and maintaining a positive digital presence, addressing customer service concerns promptly, analyzing trends, and preparing reports. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to enhancing overall customer engagement and experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate social media trends and performance metrics.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge of operational workflows in support roles.
- Basic understanding of Finance and business operations as it pertains to customer handling.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative and remote environment with excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience in social media management or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
