Position: Process Associate
Location: Pune
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide research and clerical support to determine whether claimant qualify for insurance claims.
- Gather statistical information and supply data onto rating mechanism provided by the client.
- Provide support and assistance to onshore team.
- Work with the insurance underwriting department by working on commercial and residential properties quotes using rating mechanism.
- Staff will assist with the completion of rates and premiums.
- Perform administrative duties regarding new and renewal accounts, risk assessments, loss runs, and loss ratings.
- Help Onshore team logging and setting up new claims
- Good attention to detail
- Gather, review, and ensure the accuracy of information to determine proper processing for all segments of business.
- Perform various pre- Litigation claims activities for Insurance domain.
- Basic knowledge of company insurance products; support underwriting and distribution activities.
- 1-2 years of insurance BPO/BPM experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Experience working with spreadsheets.
- Exhibit strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory).
- Comfortable for both Day/Night shifts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
