Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and coordinate resolutions
- Maintain documentation and reporting using MS Excel and MS Office
- Support day-to-day customer care operations and internal coordination
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up communication
- Uphold service standards and contribute to process improvement
Eligibility Criteria – Customer Service Executive
- Final year or pass-out students
- Willingness to work from Karnal Office
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English
- Sound knowledge of computer operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
