Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Voice Process Associate to join our team on-site in Chennai. The role involves handling high-volume voice-based communication, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing accurate resolutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to process guidelines and service levels.
Qualifications
- Proficient verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in voice process or a customer service role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, if required
