Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode for a Process Associate. The responsibilities include managing data entry tasks, maintaining precise records, supporting customer inquiries, and adhering to quality control standards. The Process Associate will be actively involved in business process outsourcing initiatives, ensuring efficient workflow management and contributing to process improvements.
