Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate, located in Mohali district. The Process Associate will handle the day-to-day operations related to business process support and ensure streamlined workflows. Duties include managing customer communications, analyzing data, providing stellar customer service, supporting financial tasks, and contributing to efficient business process outsourcing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Customer Service expertise to build and maintain client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of Finance processes and concepts to handle related tasks
- Experience or knowledge in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with software tools and applications relevant to the role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an added advantage
