Role Description: We are looking for a Process Analyst to support our data extraction and evaluation
processes. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of extracted
information by reviewing data against source documents and maintaining defined quality
standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on extracted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and
consistency.
• Review and evaluate different use cases and workflows as part of the data
validation process.
• Validate extracted information against source documents and identify discrepancies
or missing data.
• Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and turnaround time (TAT)
requirements.
• Document findings, edge cases, and quality issues during the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback for improving data extraction
models and workflows.
• Support the assessment and validation of operational workflows and
requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in quality assurance, data validation, operations, or similar
roles.
• Prior exposure to insurance or related domains is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting timelines.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data review tools.
