Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Process Associate role located in Bhopal. The Process Associate will perform essential operational tasks, including data entry, cleaning, and validation to maintain accurate databases. The role involves analyzing data, collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery, and following established workflows. Additionally, the Process Associate will interact with customers and manage financial processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in all assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) processes and understanding of Finance-related duties.
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and process optimization.
- Exceptional Communication skills for accurate reporting, team collaboration, and professional customer interactions.
- Customer Service orientation to provide efficient and client-focused support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in BPO or similar operational roles is a plus.
