We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to handle end-to-end visa application processing for Visitor, Work, and Study visas across multiple countries. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple applications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete visa processing for Tourist, Work, and Student visa applications
- Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements
- Fill out visa application forms and prepare supporting documentation
- Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and provide updates
- Track application status and maintain records in CRM or internal systems
- Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and documentation requirements for different countries
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers when required
- Ensure applications are submitted within timelines and follow up for approvals
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of client information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or documentation (Freshers can apply)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Familiarity with visa processes for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in immigration consultancy or overseas education services
- Knowledge of document verification and compliance procedures
- CRM or application tracking system experience
