Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Associate to support calling, execution, and administrative coordination from the Head Office. This role involves working across multiple internal projects and contributing to day-to-day operations across the HR, CRM, Marketing, and Operations departments.
This is a non-customer facing role, focused on internal coordination, process execution, and backend efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily calling activities (50–60 calls) for internal coordination and project execution
- Drive follow-ups and ensure timely progress across multiple ongoing projects
- Support administrative and backend operational processes
- Maintain accurate data, trackers and reports in Excel and internal systems
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (non-customer)
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and effective
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Strong willingness to learn and build a long-term professional career
