Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate/Sr. Process Associate, located in Noida. The member will be responsible for efficiently managing workflows, assisting with financial operations, and ensuring compliance with established accounting standards. The role involves customer service and communication responsibilities to support clients effectively, along with analyzing financial data and processes to optimize outcomes. Collaboration with the team to streamline business process outsourcing activities is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Hands on experience on Quick book or Xero software is a must.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and manage financial data effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and support
- Background knowledge in Finance and familiarity with accounting principles
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial software
