🔷 Job Summary (Fresher – Network Support) Night Shift Only Delhi NCR candidates!!
Entry-level role to support network operations by monitoring and troubleshooting WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VPN issues, handling tickets in ServiceNow, and assisting in 24x7 incident resolution while ensuring SLA compliance.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Work on ticketing tools like ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution
Perform initial diagnosis, escalation, and coordination with NOC and carriers/ISPs
Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance (MTTR, uptime targets)
Support configuration validation and basic changes on routers, switches, and firewalls
Participate in war rooms / bridge calls during major outages
Document troubleshooting steps, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and maintain technical logs.
🔷 Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BA / BSC / B.com/ BBA/ or equivalent)
- Non-technical graduates preferred
- freshers only (no prior it experiences required)
- Basic understanding of computers and networking concepts is an advantage
- good communication skills
- No B.Tech / BE Required or preferred for this role.
