Role Description
The Process Associate will handle day-to-day operations, including managing business processes, supporting customer service, and analyzing transactional data to streamline financial workflows. They will ensure smooth communication with customers and provide assistance with onboarding, payments, and issue resolutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring collaboration with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights
- Customer Service experience and exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge in Finance, including familiarity with payment systems and settlements
- Background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or related fields
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with digital payment systems are advantageous
