As a Process Associate, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable learning and upskilling opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead engagement to successful conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and consultations with prospective learners
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable upskilling programs
- Guide candidates through the decision-making and enrollment process
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with persuasive and consultative abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Prior experience in EdTech or consultative sales is an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply
