Process and Operational Excellence Specialist

The role
To drive continuous improvement (CI) and Process Excellence across HR Operations and Services by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity using Lean, Six Sigma, Automation and Standardization.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Analyze end-to-end Hire to Retire – Specifically Onboarding, Separations and Internal Movements with the purpose of driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify Non-Value Additions (NVA) within the processes and propose solutions to eliminate them
- Standardize best practices across regions
- Conduct Gap Analysis within the process and provide solutions to mitigate the gaps
- Leverage Six Sigma methodology to identify Risks in the process and design controls to mitigate them
- Monitor a strong documentation approach with Change Registers, Audit readiness, Controls testing and SOP updates
- Discover areas of automation through Power Apps, Robotics & AI
- Drive a culture of automated process as against manual touchpoints
Lean Six Sigma and Automation Implementation
- Lead Kaizen events and DMAIC projects to improve quality and reduce cost
- Train and mentor teams on Lean tools (5S, DOWTIME, Value Stream Mapping and more)
- Drive defect reduction and process capability improvements
- Drive a culture of First Time Right approach with Root Cause Analysis methodology to detect and eliminate errors
- Identify areas to deliver touchless process – automation, robotics evolving to AI
- Design Business Intelligence model – partnering with HR IT teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Multi Country HR stakeholders to drive change and improvements within the process
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions – with focus around Governance, Process Performance Discussions and drive the outcome of such connects
- Connect with Business Enablers like – HR Technology, IT Admin, Procurement to deploy “Fit for Purpose” tools/ solutions within HR Operations & Services
Performance Monitoring
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate the performance of the HR Ops & services teams across multi-level stakeholders – HRLT, HR Point of Contact - Markets
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
- Conduct periodic benchmarking of KPIs with External organizations like – APQC, Gartner, NelsonHall and other to stay relevant in GCC ecosystem
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 6 to 9 Year of experience in Continuous Improvements
- Brings strong skills in LEAN Six Sigma and Automation Capabilities
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
