Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Operations Quality Assurance
Process Analyst is a role within Business Excellence Function, to guide and support delivery team to QMS compliance as well as adherence to applicable standards and models.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operations Quality
- Single point of contact for Quality activities within projects.
- Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System & Customer specific processes in the projects
- Define the right processes for the project based on the nature of development – Waterfall, Iterative, Bug fix, Scrum etc.
- Preparing and presenting quality metrics to internal management and customer
- Perform Quality and Information Security Audits and publish the audit reports.
- Ensure release readiness (process verification) during external release
- Support Project Team during external Certification and Customer audits
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for issues and escalations
- Conducting Toll gate and Progress reviews for the projects and highlight compliance issues.
- Support Continual Improvement Initiatives (Continual Improvement projects) within the projects
- Conduct process trainings to the team
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Working knowledge of Standards & models such as ISO9001: 2015 (mandatory). ISO 13485
CMMI Dev V2.0 (Advantage)
- Good understanding of Information Security Management Systems and ISO 27001
- Working knowledge of SDLC and various Software development frameworks (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile Scrum etc)
- Data Analysis and reporting Skills

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- 3-4 years of experience in engineering service industry with focus on Quality &/or Information Security & Management Systems
- Certified in one or more Quality certifications viz. – ISO, Six Sigma, CSM, SAFE Agile, etc. (Advantage)
IT SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE SKILLS
MS Office tools : MS Excel, Word & Power point (Knowledge in VB macros is an advantage)Software:Minitab (Optional)
