Job Title: Process Analyst
Location:Vadodara
Shift: Night Shifts (US Process)
Job Summary: Etech Global Services is looking for a detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our US-based outbound calling campaign. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between healthcare providers and insurance/legal entities, ensuring timely collection and maintenance of medical records.
This is a high-volume outbound calling role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and excellent organizational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Communication:
- Initiate outbound calls to US-based hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities to request and follow up on medical records.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain professional rapport with gatekeepers and medical records departments to ensure faster turnaround.
Document Verification & Maintenance:
- Review and validate received medical records for completeness and compliance.
Data Auditing:
- Accurately log call outcomes, follow-ups, and document status in internal systems.
Problem Solving:
- Handle objections and resolve issues related to delayed or missing documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred)
- Prior experience in International BPO / Outbound Calling / US Healthcare or RCM is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
