Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed procedural documents for various departments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of procedures
- Write clear, concise, and accurate procedures that are easy to understand and follow.
- Ensure that all procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Review and update existing procedures to reflect current processes and best practices
- Ensure all procedures comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback and make necessary revisions
- Conduct regular audits to identify any gaps or inconsistencies in the procedures and make necessary updates.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Work closely with various departments to ensure that procedures are implemented correctly and consistently.
- Customer specified technical standards (iSpec 2200, ATA, S1000D, MSTP, Vanguard Editor, FrameMaker)
- PPA Certification and MS Word skill will be an added advantage

Qualifications
Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/AME
- Proven experience in technical writing or procedure development
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
