What you'll do: Develop robust and reusable processes for data querying, transformation, and visualization​ Combine multiple data sources into a single visualization to effectively tell a compelling story​ Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver top-tier analytics solutions​ Engage with Data Platform leaders to comprehend data flows and integrate them seamlessly into Tableau/ Power BI and analytics​ Ensure data governance, quality, and security are maintained while integrating analytics with enterprise platforms​ Partner with global UX/UI teams to design exceptional visualizations that utilize all product capabilities for an outstanding customer experience ​ Effectively mentor and develop your team members.​ Must Haves: Tool required: Tableau, Power BI, MircroStrategy, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Data Modeling, ETL​ 1-4 year of experience in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau/ Power BI development, enhancement, and migration​ Deep understanding of BI tool functions, limitations, and hidden features​ Proficient in managing users, groups, projects, workbooks, and permissions for Tableau/ Power BI server security​ Skilled in Tableau/ Power BI server installation, configuration, migration, upgrade, and cloud administration​ Excellent analytical and debugging abilities, with a quick grasp of business processes to develop effective technical solutions​ Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills​ Domain knowledge of the pharma landscape is mandatory.
