At its heart, Probo is India’s leading online skill gaming platform building prediction markets for India. On Probo, users can find questions on many topics of their interest, like sports, news, finance  and many more. Users can swipe yes or no to express their opinion and place trade(s), and by doing so they enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Probo is a matching engine that enables the execution of this event contract. Each trade is INR 10, and at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the quantum at stake.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Ideate and create engaging, witty, and shareable content tailored to our brand’s voice. Stay updated with trending topics and incorporate them to enhance engagement.
2. Account Growth: Strategize and execute plans to grow our Twitter account from scratch. Drive follower growth organically to achieve 200K+ followers and beyond.
3. Publishing & Scheduling: Manage daily posting schedules and ensure timely publishing of content. Experiment with posting times and formats to maximize engagement.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth. Use insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
5. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to mentions, comments, and DMs to foster community relationships. Build conversations around the brand to enhance visibility.
6. Twitter Algorithm Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Twitter algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement.
7. Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the marketing and content teams to align Twitter strategies with overall branding goals. Collaborate on cross-platform campaigns and drive traffic to other channels as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Proven experience in creating a viral Twitter page and growing it from 0-1.
2. Successfully scaled a Twitter account from 0 to at least 50K followers.
3. Comprehensive understanding of Twitter algorithms and metrics.
4. Ability to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
5. Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting concise, impactful tweets.
6. Great copywriting skills.
