Motion Graphic Designer

Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer (4-5 years)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging video advertisements, motion graphics, and animated content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and TV.
2. Develop high-quality motion graphics for various campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver visually compelling content that aligns with brand messaging.
4. Edit and optimize video content, integrating visual effects and motion graphics seamlessly into video ads.
5. Utilize typography, color schemes, and visual storytelling to enhance brand identity and improve user engagement.
6. Work within given deadlines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
8. Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
2. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement.
3. Experience working with motion design tools such as Lottie and Rive.
4. Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools) is a strong plus.
5. Solid understanding of video production processes, including sound synchronization and video editing.
6. Knowledge of AI tools for design, including the ability to leverage AI in creating unique visuals or automating workflows (e.g., Midjourney or Runway).
7. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects, including video ads, explainer videos, social media content, and branding animations.
8. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
9. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for interactive media or web design.
2. Knowledge of 2D and 3D motion design techniques and animation.
3. Understanding of UX/UI design principles in relation to animation.
4. Ability to adapt design style to various project needs and brand identities.
