- Provide administrative support to the graphics team through accurate data entry and record updates
- Manage digital files, including organizing, saving, and maintaining PDF documents
- Transfer artwork/files between internal programs, databases, and company servers
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, updates, and required materials
- Route questions, requests, and project-related inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Prepare and send emails related to project updates, requests, and follow-up communication
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure workflow efficiency within the graphics department
- Verify file accuracy and ensure documents are properly stored and accessible
- Assist with additional administrative or special projects as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Administrative experience preferred
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Demonstrate strong computer proficiency.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection required when in manufacturing areas.
This role operates in a professional office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing areas.
