About the role

PrizePicks is a Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) platform that covers sports betting in a wide variety of leagues. Responsibilities: - Design and execute research studies using a variety of methods including usability testing, in-depth interviews, diary studies, etc. - Own the end-to-end research process within your domain including prioritizing & scoping, recruiting participants, collecting data, synthesizing and analyzing data, and delivering findings - Partner closely with cross-functional team members in identifying key research objectives and questions to address research needs across the product lifecycle - Translate research findings into actionable insights, and strategic narratives through compelling storytelling and creative artifacts, reports, and read-outs - Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, including senior leadership Qualifications: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors Engineering - Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology, or related field - Strong proficiency with qualitative or mixed-methods research and executing both evaluative and generative studies - A portfolio or case studies highlighting your end-to-end research process and the impact your work had on an organization, team, product, and/or feature - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders - Experience with remote testing tools (e.g., dscout, UserTesting, UserZoom, etc.) - A deep curiosity and passion for uncovering user needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain points
